Prism RD 3.0 Description

Prism RD (rotor dynamics) dynamic analysis of rotors and shaft trains. Rotors can be statically or harmonically excited via loads or support points. Stepped and tapered shaft profiles are easily defined. View animated solutions of stresses, deflections and more. Solutions include deflections, reactions, stresses, frequency response, station orbits and more. Models can include unbalanced disks and linearized journal bearings. Torques can be applied anywhere on a rotor – a new station will automatically be generated.
